Services

Structure, tooling, and finishing under one roof.

Six services that cover a dimensional print project end to end — from the first crease test on a candidate stock to the final foil hit and hand assembly.

Limited-Edition Pop-Up Books

Full paper-engineering service: mechanism design, white dummy, tooling, print, and hand assembly. We build V-folds, parallel folds, pull-tabs, rotating volvelles, and layered tunnel spreads that pack flat without memory creases.

  • Mechanism design and full-size white dummy
  • Hand assembly with reversible PVA, five open-close tests per unit
  • Editions from 150 units, numbered and slipcased on request
Premium brand envelopes with die-cut flaps and foil seals

Premium Brand Envelopes

Bespoke envelope formats cut from your chosen stock rather than converted from a catalogue size — shaped flaps, deep gussets, lined interiors, and integrated seals that survive postal handling.

  • Custom flap dies: scalloped, pointed, stepped, or wave
  • Duplexed and colour-lined interiors up to 540 gsm
  • Foil or blind-embossed seals in register with the flap edge
Folded specialty paper forming angular structural planes

Specialty Paper Folding Structures

Folded structures for packaging inserts, press kits, and retail display: concertina, cross-fold, iris, and origami-derived assemblies scored to the grain so they open cleanly on the hundredth use.

  • Grain-aligned scoring and creasing matrix set per stock
  • Crease-recovery testing on three candidate papers
  • Flat-pack engineering for shipping and shelf presentation
Steel rule die-cutting forme and cut paper shapes

Precision Die-Cutting

Steel rule formes for volume, rotary for envelope runs, and laser for filigree finer than 0.6 mm. Nested layouts are drawn to minimise waste without compromising nick placement.

  • ±0.2 mm registration across the sheet
  • Kiss-cut, through-cut, perforation, and micro-perf
  • Tooling stored and re-run for repeat editions
Blind emboss relief on charcoal specialty paper

Embossing & Debossing

Brass and copper dies cut single-level, multi-level, or sculpted. We set depth against caliper so the relief reads sharply on the face without cracking or ghosting on the reverse.

  • Single-level, multi-level, bevelled, and sculpted dies
  • Blind, registered-to-print, and combination with foil
  • Suitable for cotton, uncoated, and duplexed boards to 900 gsm
Foil stamping press applying copper foil to dark paper

Hot Foil Stamping

Pigment and metallic foils applied on a heated platen, with dwell and temperature dialled in per stock. Matte copper, oxidised black, brushed steel, and holographic finishes held in stock.

  • Combination foil-and-emboss in a single hit
  • Two-colour foil in tight register
  • Foil-on-foil and edge gilding for cased editions
