Every project starts with a short written brief and a look at your flat files. We reply within two business days with mechanism options, candidate stocks, and an indicative cost band.

Email is the only channel we run — it keeps artwork, revisions, and press approvals in one thread.

What to include in your brief
Run length and finishing
Quantity, whether it is a one-off edition or repeatable, and which finishes matter most: die-cut, emboss, or foil.
Dates and stock
In-hand date, plus any specified paper. If the stock is undecided we will propose three candidates with crease-recovery notes.
For sample kit requests, include the shipping address and the finishes you would like represented. Kits ship flat in a rigid mailer.
